Well I made it to New York City last Monday and finally feel moved into our 
apartment thanks to my dad who did amazing work building shelves and much needed storage for our place. I think we actually went to Home Depot every day he was here...and since I don't have a car in the city nor would I want one...my dad and I carried plywood for about 10 blocks several times. Again I can't thank my dad enough for his help. He really made our apartment a home for me and Philip and I really love it now. Our place is located on 66th

t blocks from the east river, tons of restaurants and only 5 blocks from Bed, Bath & Beyond! I feel really safe here as well...and have met a few neighbors whom all seem very nice. Here's a photo of our new kitchen appliances - they really used every square inch to fit everything in!
